Scotland finished the season with a trip to Florida to play Jurgan Klinsmann's USA side.  Things did not start well for Scotland as Landon Donovan put USA ahead after only 3 minutes when he smashed home the rebound from close range, after McGregor saved his initial shot.  USA doubled their lead 8 minutes later when Bradley hit a powerful shot from outside the box that flew past McGregor.  A few minutes later Scotland pulled one back when a Kenny Miller header deflected off Cameron for an own goal.  On the hour mark, Landon Donovan got his second when he slotted home a low cross from Jones in the penalty area.  Five minutes later Landon Donovan completed his hat-trick.  He collected a through ball and slotted a low shot in off the post with McGregor routed to the spot.  With 20 minutes remaining the rout was completed when Donovan chipped the ball into the box for Jones to head the ball past McGregor and make it 5-1 in a game that Scotland were dominated from start to finish.
